New Principal Cornet (01/10/2009)
Paul Cooper (previously the bands Soprano player) has taken over the reins as principal cornet following the departure of Steve Tarry. Ex Army band master Paul has a wealth of playing and conducting experience and will be an asset to the band in his new position.
Fleetwood Contest 5th October 2009 (02/10/09)
This Sunday the band are heading all the way to sunny Fleetwood for the annual Marine hall contest. Playing Goff Richards ‘Hollywood’ the band hope for a good result in the 3rd section. Good luck Steve and all.
