Today saw the 2026 Wrea Green Gala, always a popular event with locals and band alike. Participants in the parade included the Gala queen and her retinue, local farmer classic tractors and machines, tennis club members, Harry Potter characters including the tallest Hagrid you’ve even seen, and of course the Thornton Cleveleys Band
Today was the first outing of the bands latest purchase, a Prestige Euphonium, happily played by our Solo Euphonium David
